Awards Guidelines

Application Guidelines:

1- The organization should fill the preliminary application form on the website www.kaqa.org.sa and send it electronically.

2-The organization should print the application form, sign it and attach all other documents and send them to the Award General Secretariat.

3- If the preliminary application meets the requirements, the organization will be requested to fill a detailed thesis explaining the application of the Award criteria in the organization.

4- After receiving the thesis the Secretariat General will assigns a team of qualified assessors to evaluate the thesis.
 
5- If the organization meets the requirements of the previous stage, a field assessment will be scheduled to validate findings. The assessment team will submit their assessment report to the Board of Judges.

6- The Board of Judges review the results of each team and correlate through consensus to define the winner of the Award based on best practices.
If the organization doesn’t meet the criteria at any stage, it will be notified of the reasons to close the gap for future participation.
