Application Guidelines:
- The organization should fill the preliminary application form on the website www.kaqa.org.sa and send it electronically.
- The organization should print the application form, sign it and attach all other documents and send them to the Award General Secretariat.
- If the preliminary application meets the requirements, the organization will be requested to fill a detailed thesis explaining the application of the Award criteria in the organization.
- After receiving the thesis the Secretariat General will assigns a team of qualified assessors to evaluate the thesis.
- If the organization meets the requirements of the previous stage, a field assessment will be scheduled to validate findings. The assessment team will submit their assessment report to the Board of Judges.
- The Board of Judges review the results of each team and correlate through consensus to define the winner of the Award based on best practices.
- If the organization doesn抰 meet the criteria at any stage, it will be notified of the reasons to close the gap for future participation.
